Return & Refund Policy

At Shiva Jyothi RCM Store, you can request a return or refund within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition. To initiate a return, contact us at sundeeptelugu@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, health products, and sale items. Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours, subject to availability.
